She is very knowledgeable about her job and very courteous. It was really very pleasant experience working with NBKC bank. I will choose this bank again.

Great Experience! We did a home mortgage refinance with NBKC. The whole process, from the first call to the final signing, was really smooth and flawless. Our loan officer, Justin Birk was helpful, responsive and extremely knowledgeable. We got a great deal in my opinion, and we would definitely come back, if we decide to finance another home or refinance this one when rates drop. This was one of the best home financing experiences ever.

I thought I was getting a conventional… I thought I was getting a conventional 30 year loan and never realized until paperwork was processing that it was more like a balloon. When asked about it I was told that most 30 year conventional loans no longer exist. Therefore, I moved forward. I think that loan agents should be more precise when setting up loans. He was very nice but this part never sat well with me!

April was extremely knowledgeable and accessible, answering our questions quickly through text and email, and even taking the time after hours for phone calls to make sure we were prepared with everything we needed to be successful for an on-time closing. She helped us navigate some tricky waters that resulted from a series of little miscommunications early on in the process, and we really can't thank her enough for her patience, support, and thoroughness in getting us to the finish line.
