Great Experience! We did a home mortgage refinance with NBKC. The whole process, from the first call to the final signing, was really smooth and flawless. Our loan officer, Justin Birk was helpful, responsive and extremely knowledgeable. We got a great deal in my opinion, and we would definitely come back, if we decide to finance another home or refinance this one when rates drop.
