Seamless Seamless. They asked for exactly what they needed one time and we submitted it over their secure encrypted site. No last minute requests for something new or duplicate info. Closing was 90% done digitally which made everything super fast

I thought I was getting a conventional… I thought I was getting a conventional 30 year loan and never realized until paperwork was processing that it was more like a balloon. When asked about it I was told that most 30 year conventional loans no longer exist. Therefore, I moved forward. I think that loan agents should be more precise when setting up loans. He was very nice but this part never sat well with me!
