AUI have been trying to open an account… I have been trying to open an account can't go past the regulatory page and when I click on continue on the bottom there is no mention of what I am doing wrong. There is no email or customer support.

FISeems like this is only place to get… Seems like this is only place to get answers from IB… anyways, my account got terminated early this year (at least I tought so.) I have still got account updates from IB, I have sent many emails but got no replies. Would be interesting to know if I still have account or no.

CHQuiz? I have actually been a happy customer of Interactive Brokers for over 15 years. Now I wanted to reactivate an old sub-account and can't because I have to complete a quiz. I find this absolutely cheeky and patronising. I'll probably be using a different broker in future. What a pity.
