GBPoor transfer service I have been attempting to transfer positions from HL to IBKR since Dec 23. I've had to chase IBKR on multiple occasions and logged a complaint to transfer these positions with no success. HL state they are still waiting from approval from IBKR which has not been acted on.

AURecently signed up from NZ. Recently signed up from NZ. Deposits arrive very quickly, sometimes an hour, sometimes 2-3 hours. Very quick compared to local options we have in NZ. Only contact support once so far, I wasn't getting SMSs, support replied within 12h and fixed the issue. Fees are low and the web interface is easy enough to use once you get used to it. (wouldn't recommend the downloadable app for Mac though, it uses Java, which is kinda painful)

HUEasy to use Easy to use, great helpdesk with fast response - it would be good to have a Hungarian platform as well on the app!

FISeems like this is only place to get… Seems like this is only place to get answers from IB… anyways, my account got terminated early this year (at least I tought so.) I have still got account updates from IB, I have sent many emails but got no replies. Would be interesting to know if I still have account or no.
