I really like Net Spend never had any… I really like Net Spend never had any issues with my card it’s very easy to ise and don’t have to worry about any one getting into my account keep up the great work.

The Experience of Amazing. Well, to be honest. I was leery at first, to use Netspend. Anyhow I want to say that, ever since I joined you all, I’ve had nothing but a very smooth & pleasant experience. From setting up my direct deposit, and all throughout the process of having the prepaid account being promoted up to the All Access Account. Along with a new debit card with the chip.. I don’t have any complaints & especially nothing negative. I highly believe that, I’m going to have a very pleasant and a long term relationship with Netspend. I’ve been recommending you all to friends and family, and they are still in the ways of traditional banking. One day.. thank you for making this experience an awesome one.

loyal customers that have direct… loyal customers that have direct deposit should get some kind of nsf coverage, even if it was a small amount like $10.00

Never had an issue until one day I see… Never had an issue until one day I see money being pulled out of my account…. My heart sank and it took a good 30 mins to find a phone number to contact a live person to report the issue. I feel that Netspend could avoid a lot of issues with fraud ahead of time…. For every time a single penny leaves they account a customer should get an alert if ur signed up for alerts even if it’s from Netspend charging $1.50 to view your account balance… other than that I have no issues and the customer service was great….. and clearly from the response given below they aren’t understanding what I’m saying and want me to email them about something that really so simple. I have no issues paying the fees that Netspend charges. I would like to be alerted for every charge, fee, etc.
