GBAbsolute Scam Artists Someone stole $1,300 from my mom. They said that "because my mom has used that ATM before, there's nothing they can do," after they sent her new card to the wrong address, despite her having changed her address months ago without issue. This has started a downward spiral. Our landlord is talking of eviction. They have really wronged us; they must have disclosed my mom's Social Security number, because the perpetrator opened two accounts under her name again.

GBI really like Net Spend never had any… I really like Net Spend never had any issues with my card it’s very easy to ise and don’t have to worry about any one getting into my account keep up the great work.

GBNever had an issue until one day I see… Never had an issue until one day I see money being pulled out of my account…. My heart sank and it took a good 30 mins to find a phone number to contact a live person to report the issue. I feel that Netspend could avoid a lot of issues with fraud ahead of time…. For every time a single penny leaves they account a customer should get an alert if ur signed up for alerts even if it’s from Netspend charging $1.50 to view your account balance… other than that I have no issues and the customer service was great….. and clearly from the response given below they aren’t understanding what I’m saying and want me to email them about something that really so simple. I have no issues paying the fees that Netspend charges. I would like to be alerted for every charge, fee, etc.

GBHow a debit card customer service is supposed to be You are just such an awesome card to have. you work with us if we have a problem like we are all that matters to you and like your pay depends on us, the customer. I don't know what all the other cards are thinking but they need to watch how you take care of customers to understand how to get it right. Thank you Netspend.
