GBI love how easy the app is to use and… I love how easy the app is to use and the convenience of transferring to another card using flash pay ID or debit card. However, I do not like the fees I’ve had to pay. In just this month along, I’ve spent nearly $80 in fees due to being charged $1.95 per debit. It’s outrageous!

GBThe Experience of Amazing. Well, to be honest. I was leery at first, to use Netspend. Anyhow I want to say that, ever since I joined you all, I’ve had nothing but a very smooth & pleasant experience. From setting up my direct deposit, and all throughout the process of having the prepaid account being promoted up to the All Access Account. Along with a new debit card with the chip.. I don’t have any complaints & especially nothing negative. I highly believe that, I’m going to have a very pleasant and a long term relationship with Netspend. I’ve been recommending you all to friends and family, and they are still in the ways of traditional banking. One day.. thank you for making this experience an awesome one.

GBHow a debit card customer service is supposed to be You are just such an awesome card to have. you work with us if we have a problem like we are all that matters to you and like your pay depends on us, the customer. I don't know what all the other cards are thinking but they need to watch how you take care of customers to understand how to get it right. Thank you Netspend.
