I don't know what all the other cards are thinking but they need to watch how you take care of customers to understand how to get it right. Thank you Netspend.

GBNetSpend is the best I've been using this service for a few years now and have been very happy with their service and how quickly they have handled any disputes and even having my info hacked once. They got my money back very quickly, which surprised me, I thought it was gone. Disputes with online orders were handled even quicker. I would recommend NetSpend to all of my friends and anyone else who asked my opinion. I give 5 stars always.

GBNever had an issue until one day I see… Never had an issue until one day I see money being pulled out of my account…. My heart sank and it took a good 30 mins to find a phone number to contact a live person to report the issue. I feel that Netspend could avoid a lot of issues with fraud ahead of time…. For every time a single penny leaves they account a customer should get an alert if ur signed up for alerts even if it’s from Netspend charging $1.50 to view your account balance… other than that I have no issues and the customer service was great….. and clearly from the response given below they aren’t understanding what I’m saying and want me to email them about something that really so simple. I have no issues paying the fees that Netspend charges. I would like to be alerted for every charge, fee, etc.

GBI have been a netspend customer for 20… I have been a netspend customer for 20 years and I've never had a complaint or problem with them or my card. I love how I have two very handy reload locations quite near to my home.
