Problem resolved Adrineh at US Tax Shield listened to my concerns and was able to resolve all of the issues that led me to post my complaints. I do appreciate the fact that US Tax Shield reached out in a sincere way to help me, and I am now convinced that client satisfaction is a top priority for US Tax Shield. About five years ago I had a six… About five years ago I had a six figures back tax problem with the IRS I couldn't deal with them, understand or settle with them and I tried. I reached out to US Tax Shield and they were able to negotiate a settlement with the IRS resulting in a monthly payment plan. Consequently, it's all paid off, also removed the lien against me. US Tax Shield has prepared my tax returns for the last five years. Not only did they take care of my tax problem to my satisfaction but they also do my taxes every year and I'm very satisfied of how they prepare it. Follow up is terrific, always someone helping me. Follow what they say and if you follow everything will work out.

updated review After A bad review back in 2016 they refunded some of my money...i than gave a 5 star positive review.....however i can not in good conscience let my 5 star continue ....yes they did refund some money back to us...but they ended up costing me more because of there slowness in handling the case.... i am sure the other negative reviews are not lies...they describe my dealings with these people perfectley...But again to there credit they did try to make things right at the end..i just wish they would have been more diligent while the case was in progress..

Started off bad but, finally got settled It took us a lot longer than it should have to get our tax situation resolved. When we first contacted Tax Shield they out sourced our case to an independent attorney. Mr. Morales was the attorney and we could never get in touch with him and he never answered our emails. He would tell us one thing and it would never happen. Finally Tax Shield took us back from that attorney after about 2 years which nothing was accomplished at that point. I was so angry and the IRS had already kept two of our income tax return. So I complained about it and I finally got someone with Tax Shield and got things going but, we had to start from scratch but that really sucked because my husband was now making a lot more money and it made a difference with our situation. We had to pay a lot more than we should have. The person(s) that helped me with the hardship and helped me with the offer in compromise with the IRS was awesome. It took several months but we got it settled and paid off. I couldn't remember their names but, they were very good! Thank you!!

US Tax Shield stayed by my side! US Tax Shield stayed with my until the end. The IRS dragged my case out for years and US Tax Shield stayed on the case until the final resolution. Not only that, but I ended up receiving a significant refund check. The team at US Tax Shield always responded to my requests for information and provided much needed comfort and guidance while dealing with a very difficult tax situation.
