Professional and Fantastic Tax Services US Tax Shield is professional, courteous and timely. I used them due to some issues with previous filings. They sorted all of that for me and have been my Tax preparer's since. The staff is energetic, communicative and efficient. I wouldn't use anyone else. I wish I'd known about them years ago. updated review After A bad review back in 2016 they refunded some of my money...i than gave a 5 star positive review.....however i can not in good conscience let my 5 star continue ....yes they did refund some money back to us...but they ended up costing me more because of there slowness in handling the case.... i am sure the other negative reviews are not lies...they describe my dealings with these people perfectley...But again to there credit they did try to make things right at the end..i just wish they would have been more diligent while the case was in progress..

Not only that, but I ended up receiving a significant refund check. Excellent service When I first called US Tax Shield my checks were on the verge of garnishment, and that action was halted because of the service of this company. Teri Turner literary gave me my life back.
