Ripped off Terrified of the IRS and the huge debt we accumulated thanks to the recession, I contacted US Tax Shield because of an endorsement made by a radio personality (my first mistake). The capper that answered the phone at USTS assured me that a compromise settlement would be attained. I turned down a $700 a month payment plan with the IRS because USTS promised me a better deal. I paid $5,000 up front, 1 1/2 years later, USTS got me on a $700/month payment plan after telling me to liquidate my 401K to pay down my balance, which just added to our tax debt. Avoid these thieves at all costs..don't give in to the fear, these parasites will take your money and run.

US Tax Shield stayed by my side! US Tax Shield stayed with my until the end. The IRS dragged my case out for years and US Tax Shield stayed on the case until the final resolution. Not only that, but I ended up receiving a significant refund check. The team at US Tax Shield always responded to my requests for information and provided much needed comfort and guidance while dealing with a very difficult tax situation. Started off bad but, finally got settled It took us a lot longer than it should have to get our tax situation resolved. When we first contacted Tax Shield they out sourced our case to an independent attorney. Mr. Morales was the attorney and we could never get in touch with him and he never answered our emails. He would tell us one thing and it would never happen. Finally Tax Shield took us back from that attorney after about 2 years which nothing was accomplished at that point. I was so angry and the IRS had already kept two of our income tax return. So I complained about it and I finally got someone with Tax Shield and got things going but, we had to start from scratch but that really sucked because my husband was now making a lot more money and it made a difference with our situation. We had to pay a lot more than we should have. The person(s) that helped me with the hardship and helped me with the offer in compromise with the IRS was awesome. It took several months but we got it settled and paid off. I couldn't remember their names but, they were very good! Thank you!!

Professional and Fantastic Tax Services US Tax Shield is professional, courteous and timely. I used them due to some issues with previous filings. They sorted all of that for me and have been my Tax preparer's since. The staff is energetic, communicative and efficient. I wouldn't use anyone else. I wish I'd known about them years ago. Thanks to the team!

Prolonged tax resolutions and more fines I have kept constant communication in hope of resolving my issued. Instead I've gotten delayed and penalized by the IRS. I asked for an refund but who know if I am going to receive that. Don't recommend using Tax Shield to anyone!!
