GBUS Tax Shield stayed by my side! US Tax Shield stayed with my until the end. The IRS dragged my case out for years and US Tax Shield stayed on the case until the final resolution. Not only that, but I ended up receiving a significant refund check. GBIF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM PLEASE !!! CALL THEM. I WOULD LIKE TO SAY I POSTED SOME INFORMATION THAT WAS JUST A MISUNDERSTANDING BETWEEN ME AND US TAX SHIELD,I WAS CALLED BY A MEMBER OF US TAX SHIELD AND CLEARED EVERYTHING UP.THEY TOOK THE TIME TO CALL ME AND MAKE EVERYTHING GOOD,SO I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.SOMETIMES YOU JUST HAVE TO TAKE THE TIME TO CALL THEM IF YOU HAVE A PROMBLEM,BECAUSE ALOT OF TIMES ITS JUST A MISUNDERSTANDING.THANK YOU US TAX SHIELD FOR DOING EVERYTHING THAT YOU TOLD ME YOU WOULD.

GBProlonged tax resolutions and more fines I have kept constant communication in hope of resolving my issued. Instead I've gotten delayed and penalized by the IRS. I asked for an refund but who know if I am going to receive that. Don't recommend using Tax Shield to anyone!!

GBStarted off bad but, finally got settled It took us a lot longer than it should have to get our tax situation resolved. When we first contacted Tax Shield they out sourced our case to an independent attorney. Mr. Morales was the attorney and we could never get in touch with him and he never answered our emails. He would tell us one thing and it would never happen. Finally Tax Shield took us back from that attorney after about 2 years which nothing was accomplished at that point. I was so angry and the IRS had already kept two of our income tax return. So I complained about it and I finally got someone with Tax Shield and got things going but, we had to start from scratch but that really sucked because my husband was now making a lot more money and it made a difference with our situation. We had to pay a lot more than we should have. The person(s) that helped me with the hardship and helped me with the offer in compromise with the IRS was awesome. It took several months but we got it settled and paid off. I couldn't remember their names but, they were very good! Thank you!!

GBDidn't help..... But it's Fixable... After receiving a large back pay of disability (that the disability lawyer kept the lion's share) without tax withholding. The USTS sales person assured us that they did take clients unless they could reduce your tax bill. After several thousands of dollars to USTS and several months later they call us to tell us they will arrange payments for the full amount owed... OK... Now with all that said... I can honestly say I was not happy with the service in the extreme... But that's not the end of the story. There customer service person called and worked with me through my issues. They listened and are going to adjust the US Tax Shield bill to make up for the under-par tax relief... Plus they informed me that they would strongly consider adding a review up front in the process then after USTS is up to speed they would suggest a better course of action... I explained that I would be more than willing to pay for a review so USTS can be definitive about their offering. Update - USTS is refunding $1700 because they felt they didn't provide enough of a savings... So, they refunding some money to make everything more equitable.
