Started off bad but, finally got settled It took us a lot longer than it should have to get our tax situation resolved. When we first contacted Tax Shield they out sourced our case to an independent attorney. Mr. Morales was the attorney and we could never get in touch with him and he never answered our emails. He would tell us one thing and it would never happen. Finally Tax Shield took us back from that attorney after about 2 years which nothing was accomplished at that point. I was so angry and the IRS had already kept two of our income tax return. So I complained about it and I finally got someone with Tax Shield and got things going but, we had to start from scratch but that really sucked because my husband was now making a lot more money and it made a difference with our situation. We had to pay a lot more than we should have. The person(s) that helped me with the hardship and helped me with the offer in compromise with the IRS was awesome. It took several months but we got it settled and paid off. I couldn't remember their names but, they were very good! Thank you!!

Ripped off... all they did was stall & end result was a payment plan,which I could did that on my own.They act like they can do more than anyone else can do,which is lies & false advertisement.That was my experience with US Tax Shield.

i went to US Tax Shield a few years ago… i went to US Tax Shield a few years ago and they helped me to delay and delay my tax bill till the statute of limitations expired , it was a great tactic and i save well over 100k , anytime i called they were always there when i had a question ...love em

Don’t Mess with the IRS Hello all fellow future customers just wanted to drop a quick review on my wife and I situation! Basically we feel these company’s are not for the average everyday blue collar worker. It will not benefit you! We owe the IRS, $30k from back taxes which we realized we made a mistake over the years and wanted to reach out to someone to assist us with the IRS. Well we agreed to pay US Tax Shield $8500 to help us with our problem. In which we should’ve, could’ve just paid that $8500 towards our outstanding tax debt. The best thing they did for us was a great job with paperwork preparation. Ending result we ended up agreeing to an installment payment and still owe $30k because the IRS wants their money regardless of what anyone says! So if you make a descent wage the IRS says you can afford to pay them back. It doesn’t matter about what other bills or debt you have they want their money! So we advise you guys if you get behind on taxes just call the IRS and arrange payment. Oh almost forgot, but how could I, even though we’re paying IRS back now every month faithfully they still placed a tax lien against us!!!!! Problem solved!!!!!

Don't Trust This Company I heard about US Tax Shield via advertisement on tv. I decided to use then based on the ratings on the web. I paid these clowns over $2500 in which they only made one call to the state that had a tax lien on my bank account and reported it to the three major reporting agencies. They had excuses stating they never can get in touch with the state, they are not picking up the phone, or they just will not cooperate. Bottomline, they just took my hard earned money and closed the case. I should of just used the money to pay my tax lien than used these clowns services. What a waste of time, effort, and most of all money. Would not recommend!
