GBInadequate explanation of procedures, exorbitant fees, lack of adequate resolution,  terrible customer service I regret ever hiring Anthem tax services. I spent a large sum for their services to resolve an issue with back taxes. I told the company I would need them to walk me through the process and keep me updated during their attempt to resolve my tax issues. However, Anthem did not regularly stay in contact with me. I had to reach out to them many times to get answers. Their answers were rushed and generalized. There were months when I didn't hear from them. Ultimately, they did nothing that I could not have done by myself. Stay away from this company.
