We really appreciate all that he has done in helping Kevin and I with getting our taxes filed and making sure that we were able to add the Franchise Tax Board of California to our case. Paid ATR over 10k only to be chewed out… Paid ATR over 10k only to be chewed out from a rep for not getting 6 years of receipts together in a timely fashion.(I received the call when my husband was in ccicu.) The tax preparer Satar was rude, wouldn’t listen, would not file an extension for the current tax year as I tried to explain he needed to wait for the transcripts. They did nothing after the filing. Now they want more money to make me compliant.?. I have been talked down to, belittled almost causing anxiety attacks. I’m loosing my home cause I can’t refi my mortgage cause of the tax liens. I can’t file for bankruptcy because I’m not current with my tax filing. When are these people going to be stopped!?!?

I owed over 50,000 in back taxes … I owed over 50,000 in back taxes Patty Cuilty and Adam Lopez was with me every part of the way, I was on a installment plan with the IRS and after talking with Patty and Adam they suggested an Offer in Compromise with the IRS.I had my doubts! after filling out numerous paperwork and sending all the needed Receipts and information requested the IRS accepted our offer and I settled for 500 dollars, which I paid off March 11th, 2024.All I can say is Patience is a virtue! Patty kept me informed. with monthly phone calls and Adam working his magic behind the scenes as my Tax Account Expert granted there was a fee for services rendered but it was a lot cheaper than owing the IRS 50,000 and you can work out long term payment plans with them.
