5+ stars for Isaac P. Isaac P. was extremely helpful in assisting us with our tax questions/issues. He explained the best route for us to take in working towards resolving our issue. He was very diligent in getting the right IRS agent to provide the necessary information he needed to move forward with helping us. We ended our call with Isaac feeling very optimistic and satisfied, and more knowledgeable than before we called. 5+ stars because it is well deserved.

ASK FOR SAM BURZNSKI! My wife and I dealt with a gentleman name Sam Burzynski. He was not pushy or standoffish, he was there when we needed him, when apts. were scheduled he was prompt, he was well informed on all aspects of tax collections, interests, penalties, etc. He was friendly, professional at all times, and understanding of out situation, at NO point was I made to feel irresponsible for my tax situation. If your are reading it means you are considering contacting a tax relief service, if I'm correct when you call Anthem, you need to ask for Sam Burzynski, every service company needs more people like Sam.

Five stars I put off dealing with my tax situation for few years. Dealing with back taxes is extremely frustrating and after many sleepless nights, I went online to look for a company to assist me with my tax issues. After reading many reviews, I decided to contact Anthem Tax Services and I am so glad I did. My phone call was answered by Eric Hanna and after he gathered enough information to have an understanding of my situation, we proceeded with the enrollment process. Eric Hanna walked me thru the process with patience and without judgement. My decision to hire Anthem Tax Services was made solely based on how well and relieved, Eric made me feel on that first phone call. I can’t begin to express my gratitude to Eric Hanna, he has been there every step of the way thru phase one. Eric called the IRS and Franchisee Tax Board with me on the phone for a compliance call and was able to put a stop on the collection notices from the IRS and a modification of the wage garnishment from California Franchise Tax Board. Eric is always a text or phone call away, he and his team of professionals have made me feel at ease. Wow....Real Help for my Tax Issues I called Anthem based on reviews online. I was immediately connected with Eric Hannah, a Senor Tax Analysis who was outstanding. He patiently listened to me explaining my hot mess of a tax issue. With me on the phone, he called the IRS and the California Franchise Tax Board for a compliance call and got me more information than I could have ever gotten on my own. I cannot be more grateful for his time, advice and expertise. I will be continuing to work with Anthem and their team. If they are all like Eric, I am in good hands!!!

I owed over 50,000 in back taxes … I owed over 50,000 in back taxes Patty Cuilty and Adam Lopez was with me every part of the way, I was on a installment plan with the IRS and after talking with Patty and Adam they suggested an Offer in Compromise with the IRS.I had my doubts! after filling out numerous paperwork and sending all the needed Receipts and information requested the IRS accepted our offer and I settled for 500 dollars, which I paid off March 11th, 2024.All I can say is Patience is a virtue! Patty kept me informed. with monthly phone calls and Adam working his magic behind the scenes as my Tax Account Expert granted there was a fee for services rendered but it was a lot cheaper than owing the IRS 50,000 and you can work out long term payment plans with them. I highly recommend Anthem Tax Services for your tax needs. There were times I thought. What is taking so long? but if you hang in their Anthem Tax Services will deliver and finally you can get your life back.
