Inadequate explanation of procedures, exorbitant fees, lack of adequate resolution,  terrible customer service I regret ever hiring Anthem tax services. I spent a large sum for their services to resolve an issue with back taxes. I told the company I would need them to walk me through the process and keep me updated during their attempt to resolve my tax issues. However, Anthem did not regularly stay in contact with me. I had to reach out to them many times to get answers. Their answers were rushed and generalized. There were months when I didn't hear from them. Ultimately, they did nothing that I could not have done by myself. Stay away from this company.

Wow....Real Help for my Tax Issues I called Anthem based on reviews online. I was immediately connected with Eric Hannah, a Senor Tax Analysis who was outstanding. He patiently listened to me explaining my hot mess of a tax issue. With me on the phone, he called the IRS and the California Franchise Tax Board for a compliance call and got me more information than I could have ever gotten on my own. I cannot be more grateful for his time, advice and expertise. I will be continuing to work with Anthem and their team. If they are all like Eric, I am in good hands!!!

Eric has been more than helpful… Eric has been more than helpful throughout this whole entire process. We really appreciate all that he has done in helping Kevin and I with getting our taxes filed and making sure that we were able to add the Franchise Tax Board of California to our case. That took a major weight off our shoulders!

Panic suppressant After a little back and forth (due to phone tag mostly on my part because I'm always moving around) I finally got the chance to freely consult with Isaac P. Right away he assured me that my anxiety/panic about my taxes was really just me overreacting and it wasn't as bad as I thought it was, which, I was relieved to hear. He then instructed me on what specific services he provides through the company and then what I should do for myself to ease my worry and get back on track.
