Paid ATR over 10k only to be chewed out… Paid ATR over 10k only to be chewed out from a rep for not getting 6 years of receipts together in a timely fashion.(I received the call when my husband was in ccicu.) The tax preparer Satar was rude, wouldn’t listen, would not file an extension for the current tax year as I tried to explain he needed to wait for the transcripts. They did nothing after the filing. Now they want more money to make me compliant.?. I have been talked down to, belittled almost causing anxiety attacks. I’m loosing my home cause I can’t refi my mortgage cause of the tax liens. I can’t file for bankruptcy because I’m not current with my tax filing. When are these people going to be stopped!?!?

Inadequate explanation of procedures, exorbitant fees, lack of adequate resolution,  terrible customer service I regret ever hiring Anthem tax services. I spent a large sum for their services to resolve an issue with back taxes. I told the company I would need them to walk me through the process and keep me updated during their attempt to resolve my tax issues. However, Anthem did not regularly stay in contact with me. I had to reach out to them many times to get answers. Their answers were rushed and generalized. There were months when I didn't hear from them. Ultimately, they did nothing that I could not have done by myself. Stay away from this company.

ASK FOR SAM BURZNSKI! My wife and I dealt with a gentleman name Sam Burzynski. He was not pushy or standoffish, he was there when we needed him, when apts. were scheduled he was prompt, he was well informed on all aspects of tax collections, interests, penalties, etc. He was friendly, professional at all times, and understanding of out situation, at NO point was I made to feel irresponsible for my tax situation. If your are reading it means you are considering contacting a tax relief service, if I'm correct when you call Anthem, you need to ask for Sam Burzynski, every service company needs more people like Sam.

IRS said I owed over $37,000 for three… IRS said I owed over $37,000 for three tax years. Yet, we paid every year. Tried writing letters, calling and no one responded. Called Brandon Davis at Anthem Tax Services. He got us on the phone with the IRS. Turns out our payments were not applied to the tax years and we’re sitting in a holding account no one told us about. Thanks to Brandon’s expertise and knowledge, all was fixed and while we still owe, it is $8,000 compared to $37,000. I highly recommend Anthem Tax Services and Brandon Davis, specifically. What a Christmas gift!
