5+ stars for Isaac P. Isaac P. was extremely helpful in assisting us with our tax questions/issues. He explained the best route for us to take in working towards resolving our issue. He was very diligent in getting the right IRS agent to provide the necessary information he needed to move forward with helping us. We ended our call with Isaac feeling very optimistic and satisfied, and more knowledgeable than before we called. 5+ stars because it is well deserved.

The feeling of 100% satisfaction. The staff at Anthem was outstanding. We had hoped for a tax relief business to be truthful, candid, supportive, helpful and guide us through, what seemed to us, an insurmountable tax problem, Anthem Tax Services was a dream come true. The staff we dealt with, Catherine and Daniel, were on top of our case even though we’re sure they had hundreds of others as well. These two excellent employees kept in touch even when there was no news to report, a sign of true customer service. In the end we were 100% satisfied. This company doesn’t deserve 5 stars, they’ve earned 10 stars!

Paid ATR over 10k only to be chewed out… Paid ATR over 10k only to be chewed out from a rep for not getting 6 years of receipts together in a timely fashion.(I received the call when my husband was in ccicu.) The tax preparer Satar was rude, wouldn’t listen, would not file an extension for the current tax year as I tried to explain he needed to wait for the transcripts. They did nothing after the filing. Now they want more money to make me compliant.?. I have been talked down to, belittled almost causing anxiety attacks. I’m loosing my home cause I can’t refi my mortgage cause of the tax liens. I can’t file for bankruptcy because I’m not current with my tax filing. When are these people going to be stopped!?!?
