One needs to be able to always retrieve it any time though out the year for printing. Therefore having no need to print right at the time of acceptance. Lending agents are asking for it and when one goes to print it is not there.

Many times i will have multiple tax years downloaded but can't tell which one just looking at the initial screen. Tom Evans
