So far, I am very pleased with my experience with TaxSlayer Pro, and, their follow-up on my cases when ever I found myself where it is difficult for me to understand a particular status, or the client's tax situation does not make it easy for me to complete.

Great Tax Preparation Software This tax software is very easy to use and train subordinate tax preparers to use. The three year comparison is fantastic and critical when checking work. Our return rate is over 95 percent so the comparison is crucial. Our practice is in a multi-state area and my only complaint would be that some states seem to be programmed differently which can cause issues when preparing multiple states. Customer Service is very strong. I will continue to use and strongly recommend.

Software is great but we can still do… Software is great but we can still do better, web-based software can save us time if we can do a direct input on 1040 rather than going step by step on forms. year comparison and tax bracket rate of 15% etc on clients based on income. direct chat on troubleshooting on tax returns, when help arises and need. Business return and Partnership 1120S on Webbased than using 2 different software Desk top & webbased. Overall its great but need more tweak.
