GBI received a damaged item and emailed I received a damaged item and emailed. Although they took a while to respond (It was during the Covid situation) They replaced the item immediately, thought I'd have a nightmare having read some of the reviews on here, but they turned up trumps. Gave them 4 stars rather than 5 because of the delay in replying, but I was very pleased in the end.

CALike everyone else not happy Like everyone else not happy. Ordered something on October 24, 2023. Still waiting-ship dates keep shifting. I am going to my credit card company to dispute the charge because they never respond. Scammers don’t order from them.

GBHorrible customer service!!! Preordered a Christmas album. It came in a timely fashion...packed in super thin box with no cardboard backing or padding or fragile id anywhere on package. Opened the box and the sealed record was mangled. Deep creases all over from where the box and therefore, record cover, was bent all the way flush. No phone number, so sent in a request via email with clear pics. Got the ol' we'll give you a 10% refund notice. Haha, i wish i could include pics here. Ridiculous customer service. Wish i read these reviews earlier before ordering. For the naysayer post, just keep ordering. You'll run into this soon enough.

GBI would give them a 5 star I would give them a 5 star. The problem is, the company they use for delivery (Fedex) is incapable of doing their job. Yes, no phone numbers. But every contact I did they responded. You may wonder what fedex did? I live in allen park mi home of the Detroit Lions practice facility. That's where they delivered it. Thank goodness the USPS saw it & picked it up. Otherwise, awesome set & glad I took a chance

JPNo delivery, no refund, terrible customer service Ordered a Christmas album in November, and the website said it would arrive early December. Once it shipped (two weeks later), the estimated delivery date was January 4. I contacted the company to see if I could cancel because I wouldn't need a Christmas album in January, and they wouldn't cancel since it had shipped. They told me to refuse the delivery upon arrival (lol) On January 4, the album was marked as delivered but nowhere to be found. I once again, contacted the company. I was told I would receive a full refund. Two weeks later, I received a follow-up email stating that the previous email was incorrect, and I needed to file a claim with a third-party insurance company. I emailed back for clarification, and did not receive a response for three more weeks, and when I did, it was just a copy/paste of the same email stating I needed to go through a third party. Absolutely ridiculous.
