PTAwaiting Refund for Almost a Week - Disappointed Problem solved

GBCancelled, But Still Charged And NO REFUND! I cancelled my subscription to VideoSolo DVD ripper on Nov. 30,2022 and they still billed me 53.95 for a full new year of service on Dec. 1,2022. After being in contact with VideoSolo, Paddle.com and PayPal multiple times, I am still unable to secure a refund. This business is very shady and unethical. Stay Away!

GBVideoByte DVD Creator Re-Registration Contacted VideoSolo Support Team via email after purchasing new iMac and not being able to re-register VideoByte DVD Creator. Their response was very satisfactory. My original purchase registration code was reset after three days and I am now using the software trouble free. Thank you!

CAI recommend this product I recommend this product. Having attention disorders, it's sometimes difficult for me to understand well during virtual meetings. With Screen Recorder, I can re-listen to a segment that I misunderstood in order to complete my notes and then destroy it. With other video recorders we don't always have the option to adjust the section on our screen we want to record, and being a bit embarrassed by my condition, I like it to be discreet without annoying my pairs. I appreciate we can also record only the audio. I recommend this product and if I need video recording again in the future, I will definitely use Screen Recorder again.
