GBCustomer Service I ordered my clover mobile online Nov. 17th 2018. No correspondence from the company for over 10 days. I finally called and the sales representative Jack told me he responds to every order. I searched my junk, spam, inbox with no email whatsoever. On the phone he told me he was headed to an appointment and could not speak, I can appreciate that. However, when I asked how this could happen… he got irritated and told me he could cancel the order or give me free shipping. As a business owner customer service is everything. I should have known better when I say the average rating on the website. Being in sales for over 18 years myself, I was shocked at the response.

People can make or break how you feel about a company, so while I am rating Merchant Services here, I'm truly rating the rep assigned to my account

CAThey call you nonstop… everytime under… They call you nonstop… everytime under a new number. That should tell you something. 50 reviews averaging 1.5 stars also tells you something. I wouldn’t use this company even if they paid me!

GBWon’t refund fees until they “process” your faxed request. Tried to cancel and they didn’t receive my fax. Continued charging me even after I stopped taking cc. Sent form in again and took several weeks to process. Would not credit me fees. I would not recommend this company. They could care less about a customer.
