GBcalls constantly calls constantly , when I tell them to remove from calling list they hang up, shoddy people on the phone. poor business practices !

GBCustomer Service I ordered my clover mobile online Nov. 17th 2018. No correspondence from the company for over 10 days. I finally called and the sales representative Jack told me he responds to every order. I searched my junk, spam, inbox with no email whatsoever. On the phone he told me he was headed to an appointment and could not speak, I can appreciate that. However, when I asked how this could happen… he got irritated and told me he could cancel the order or give me free shipping. As a business owner customer service is everything. I should have known better when I say the average rating on the website. Being in sales for over 18 years myself, I was shocked at the response.

GBPoor Security Protocol and Service to rectify We are a small local pub. Over $4000 in charges from a Spanish bank that never went through our business are now coming through our Merchant Service account andnwe are being mailed dispute letters. We are getting no help or response from Merchant Services even with multiple phone calls and faxes. I have grave issues with their security and safety protocols for their clients. We are terrified of a financial fallout as we speak just this month.

GBVery bad company Very bad company. Under the parent company of First Data Made up charges. No response. undeposited funds. Also use a sister company called Leaders which is lower than merchant service. You will need to change bank accounts to keep them from raiding your account if you sign up.
