GBPoor Security Protocol and Service to rectify We are a small local pub. Over $4000 in charges from a Spanish bank that never went through our business are now coming through our Merchant Service account andnwe are being mailed dispute letters. We are getting no help or response from Merchant Services even with multiple phone calls and faxes. I have grave issues with their security and safety protocols for their clients. We are terrified of a financial fallout as we speak just this month.

GBThe shadiest company I ever dealt with The shadiest company I ever dealt with. Signed up for credit card processing, they slid in fees repeatedly that had nothing to do with processing. Just found out I have been paying $169 every month for something I never knew I had, was led to believe this was part of my processing fees. Finally changed processors after they signed my up for a program I never wanted because I didn't tell them I didn't want it. Isnt it ethical to work the other way around, sign me up for something I say I DO want, not expect me to decline something I don't know I'm getting. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE ACCESS TO YOUR BANK ACCOUNT!

GBI ordered check presenters August 8th… I ordered check presenters August 8th 2019. My account was charged but I never received the item. I made several phone calls and attempts to reach them via their website. I never got a response from the company. How can you run a company like this? I’m surprised to find out they have been in business since 1995. Don’t be a victim to their shady business.

GBScam Alert Tried to say they were part of my Clover system that I just reupped with. Service so bad they are starting to scam business owners and managers. Be Careful.

GBI didnt sign up for this service I didnt sign up for this service. They called me and I said I did not want the service, but I keep getting emails that say thank you for being a customer. And now I received this request to rate them on TrustPilot. Well.. I am telling you that this company seems to be scamming me. I called them and only got a recording. They never called me back. I also looked up reviews for this company, and there are a LOT of people that have signed up for the service and after they canceled the service, MerchantService.com continued charging them... I sure hope I never receive a bill from these crooks or they will be surely sorry when my legal team gets a hold of them.
