BRI was browPurchase by mistake and instant charge, with amount refundedsing the website and… I was browsing the website and mistakenly ended up purchasing a license for an image, the amount was instantly debited from my card. Faced with this problem, I contacted support and, with great excellence, my unintentional purchase was cancelled, and with great care. quickly my problem was resolved.

GBCannot get past some screen that says… Cannot get past some screen that says pree & hold. Nothing works. I just want to check my subscription and make sure I am not being billed but cannot use it or do that but see charges come through. Not sure this is even a legitimate site.

CAReally good customer service I signed up for a big project for one month because Dreamstime had the best stock photos for my purpose other than the prohibitively expensive Adobe and Shutterstock. My subscription renewed before the one month was up and charged my credit card. That was annoying, but I was pleased when Customer Service promptly refunded me for the second month. The plan is worth what they charge. I just can't afford it.

GBImmediate help! Kimberly could not have been more helpful today. I’m a brand new customer & was very confused about downloads & credits etc. I’m NOT very computer savvy so I explained what I needed to do & Kimberly very carefully & kindly walked through the steps & sent the selected photo to me.
