CAReally good customer service I signed up for a big project for one month because Dreamstime had the best stock photos for my purpose other than the prohibitively expensive Adobe and Shutterstock. My subscription renewed before the one month was up and charged my credit card. That was annoying, but I was pleased when Customer Service promptly refunded me for the second month. The plan is worth what they charge. I just can't afford it.

GBThe “free” trial is a scam The “free” trial is a scam. I downloaded 3 images within 2 days of the 7 day window and a $69 charge appeared on my credit card. I immediately cancelled the “free” trial but I’m still trying to get a full refund. Customer service is rude and accused me of trying to exploit their free trial. Huh?

GBCannot get past some screen that says… Cannot get past some screen that says pree & hold. Nothing works. I just want to check my subscription and make sure I am not being billed but cannot use it or do that but see charges come through. Not sure this is even a legitimate site.

GBScammers Scammers. Do not signup or add a payment method, they will take your money while in the free trial period, and do not let you cancel or end subscription.

GBI forgot to uncheck automatic renewal… I forgot to uncheck automatic renewal after purchasing a few images. Didn’t notice my credit card was being charged $25 a month until 4 months had passed. All my fault. I called and talked with Kimberly. WOW! Talk about customer service; Kimberly refunded all four months and was absolutely wonderful about the whole thing. Dreamstime should send Kimberly out to teach others about customer service.
