Good Luck trying to cancel Elavon! We canceled our service with Elavon in November 2021, but they did not stop charging us until July 2023. They said we canceled PCI Compliance, but not our service. Does that make sense? We have contacted them multiple times, only to be told that a supervisor would call us back and guess what, that has not happened. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

They have charged excess money, taking money and holding a money that they are not authorized, I will be put a legal complain with the government and I will follow the investigation to the last minute of it. we have been closely watching this company and soon it will be in the news.
