GBWorse customer service imaginable Worse customer service imaginable. My account somehow started being used by hackers for unauthorized voice authorizations so they can verify stolen cards. I was charged for months on end for these charges and nothing was done. I called almost a dozen times and finally at the end they send me a notice saying they are terminating their relationship with me and my services are no longer active. I was never even credited back for those charges. Never will do business with them again.

PKWorst Customer Support My MID was terminated without any notification, and they holded my balance of 1480usd for more then 9 months, after 9 months it's been 3 months I am continuously chasing them to get my reserve balance released, but no proper response is provided,

GBGood Luck trying to cancel Elavon! We canceled our service with Elavon in November 2021, but they did not stop charging us until July 2023. They said we canceled PCI Compliance, but not our service. Does that make sense? We have contacted them multiple times, only to be told that a supervisor would call us back and guess what, that has not happened. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

GBThis company sucks This company sucks. Not sure how or why they're connected to Costco but they're worthless. I switched to them only after finding them through Costco site. They approved my account then once I started processing held up account for additional info which I then provided only to find out I was still under "review." The arbitrary hold ended up costing me about $300. Customer service/fraud doesn't respond but sign up/sales sure does. My recommendation is to look elsewhere.

GBThey will not fund transactions or return the money to my customers - they are just taking it! Its been three days since my customers have paid and Elavon is keeping the money. They are not sending it to me, and they are not returning it to the customers. For some reason, Elavon thinks that $3,500 in customer payments made to my company belongs to them. I have made three calls to their customer service so far, and I am just transferred to endless holds. I will ask my customers to dispute the transactions with American Express, hoping they can get their money from Elavon. No one from Elavon has reached out and told me why they are taking my customer's money, and no one will tell me why when I call. Elavon is just keeping $3500 in payment because they feel it's theirs!
