Customer service does not exist. Going to Spireon Fleet locate for my Landscaping Fleet was very big mistake. Their customer service is non existence. Getting to anyone with authority or higher management or even who handles your account is fruitless. The one thing they do well is bill you. once my contract ends I am going else where. I do not recommend them to anyone especially small business.

Awful Service, Rude Reps If I could give 0 stars, I would. Awful service. Very rude team. Tier I Representative Christian A. Balbuena closed my case, but never helped me reach a resolution. His attitude was sub-par, his service was worse, and I still need help.

NOAH! Noah was ABSOLUTELY hands down one of the most fantastic customer service representatives I have ever had the pleasure of speaking with. I had major issues and he not only worked hard to resolve them, but he went above and beyond to help assure me that my problems would be solved. He took the time to get every detail he could in order to assist me with my issue. I wish every customer service rep that I had the pleasure of speaking to was as wonderful as Noah. Thank you !!!

This company is impossible to get ahold… This company is impossible to get ahold of. One of my units went down in the fleet and that's how I track the employee's time. I've been trying to contact them for four days by phone and email. They never answer or respond. I'm so pissed off I can barely see straight.

The represenative that assisted me this… The represenative that assisted me this morning knew exactly what he was doing and navigated me to the correct tabs and page with no mistakes. That really helps so that there is no confusion on the customers end as we learn from you and how well trained your staff is. Appreciate getting a knowlegable customer service rep on the other line.
