GBIneffective support services I renew the subscription on Dec 15th 2023 for two years. Three months later I am still waiting for my service to be reactivated. The first issue is to reach the customer service team, very difficult. Once I finally managed to communicate with them, we went back and forth as they tried to solve the problem. The issue was escalated to a tier two team, I got an email saying that problem was resolved, but I was not. I sent emails, no response. As of today (+3 months) I am still trying to get the problem solved.

GBI’m unable to give a zero star review I’m unable to give a zero star review. Otherwise I would be. Their contractor showed up without calling ahead to let us know the arrival time. Then he proceeded to speak and act very unprofessionally. We waited 12 days for them to send an installer and then he ended up leaving without doing the work. His name is David so if you have an install scheduled with this person tell them no thank you. I will be using another company from this day forward.

GBHorrible Experience! I purchased 5 Trackers and on the 1st installation the trackers werent showing up on my home screen. It took an entire week for support to get the account updated and when they finally do, the mobile app is not functioning either. I've been trying to get the phone application up and running for over 3 weeks and everyone just keeps escalating a "case" and nothing happens. I have lost over $3,000 due to Spireon's carelessness and dismissiveness. This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life. Would not even recommend my worst enemy to this company.

GBCustomer service not a priority; just grab the sale Truly a bad experience! The customer service of this company is just not there. I have been waiting without success to get someone to respond to our drivers not being able to log into whatever app that they should be using to document their time. I have been told; “I’ll call you back” “They’re working on it” “I’m on top of it” and other failed follow-ups. This all during the Formula 1 Weekend in Austin and my drivers are not able to service the area because we do not have a functioning ELD system. This has cost us dearly!
