GBThis company is impossible to get ahold… This company is impossible to get ahold of. One of my units went down in the fleet and that's how I track the employee's time. I've been trying to contact them for four days by phone and email. They never answer or respond. I'm so pissed off I can barely see straight.

GBNOAH! Noah was ABSOLUTELY hands down one of the most fantastic customer service representatives I have ever had the pleasure of speaking with. I had major issues and he not only worked hard to resolve them, but he went above and beyond to help assure me that my problems would be solved. He took the time to get every detail he could in order to assist me with my issue. I wish every customer service rep that I had the pleasure of speaking to was as wonderful as Noah. Thank you !!!

GBPoor invoicing practices Been trying for a month to get my inventory corrected. Can't seem to get old units removed from my device list, but Spireon is quite capable of getting replacement units added to my invoice count.

GBHorrible Experience! I purchased 5 Trackers and on the 1st installation the trackers werent showing up on my home screen. It took an entire week for support to get the account updated and when they finally do, the mobile app is not functioning either. I've been trying to get the phone application up and running for over 3 weeks and everyone just keeps escalating a "case" and nothing happens. I have lost over $3,000 due to Spireon's carelessness and dismissiveness. This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life. Would not even recommend my worst enemy to this company.

GBSeems to be a complete ripoff Throughout my purchase "experience", the salesperson went out of his way, on several occasions, to tout the "anti-theft" capabilities of the GMC Canyon truck. I paid little attention (big mistake), because I do not live in an area where car theft is a problem, nor do I travel to such areas. I guess you can categorize this under the category of "a fool and his money...", but at no point was it mentioned, suggested, or intimated that there was a fee associated with this "service." Well, there is, and it's a big one. I didn't realize it until AFTER the purchase, that the dealer added on $1,200 in junk fees for "USWC Traceable Theft (ETCH), and "Spireon Kahu." I'm so mad at myself now for falling for such a scheme. I should know better, but, well, was excited about the new purchase and didn't read the contract carefully enough. So, be sure to look for such line items and have them struck from the contract, or simply walk away. I wish I had done the latter.
