Within a year it stopped working Within a year it stopped working, and requires reinstalling. Customer service says I have to bring it back to the dealership, they can’t help me. The dealership is in Las Vegas, and I live in San Francisco; they won’t help

Customer service does not exist. Going to Spireon Fleet locate for my Landscaping Fleet was very big mistake. Their customer service is non existence. Getting to anyone with authority or higher management or even who handles your account is fruitless. The one thing they do well is bill you. once my contract ends I am going else where. I do not recommend them to anyone especially small business.

incometent customer service Customer service is the most incompetent, they lack total support for the dealers, they know how to sell, support is not available. The most useless customer service and managers and supervisor are unwilling to assist. The only answer they give is we will call you back between 24 to 48 hours. No respect toward its customers. Seems to be a complete ripoff Throughout my purchase "experience", the salesperson went out of his way, on several occasions, to tout the "anti-theft" capabilities of the GMC Canyon truck. I paid little attention (big mistake), because I do not live in an area where car theft is a problem, nor do I travel to such areas. I guess you can categorize this under the category of "a fool and his money...", but at no point was it mentioned, suggested, or intimated that there was a fee associated with this "service." Well, there is, and it's a big one. I didn't realize it until AFTER the purchase, that the dealer added on $1,200 in junk fees for "USWC Traceable Theft (ETCH), and "Spireon Kahu." I'm so mad at myself now for falling for such a scheme. I should know better, but, well, was excited about the new purchase and didn't read the contract carefully enough. So, be sure to look for such line items and have them struck from the contract, or simply walk away. I wish I had done the latter.
