GBCustomer service does not exist. Going to Spireon Fleet locate for my Landscaping Fleet was very big mistake. Their customer service is non existence. Getting to anyone with authority or higher management or even who handles your account is fruitless. The one thing they do well is bill you. once my contract ends I am going else where. I do not recommend them to anyone especially small business.

GBPoor invoicing practices Been trying for a month to get my inventory corrected. Can't seem to get old units removed from my device list, but Spireon is quite capable of getting replacement units added to my invoice count.

GBYou could never get a cancellation You could never get a cancellation. Spireon never cancelled or helped!!! I had to go through Sprint to accomplish anything!

GBHorrible Experience! I purchased 5 Trackers and on the 1st installation the trackers werent showing up on my home screen. It took an entire week for support to get the account updated and when they finally do, the mobile app is not functioning either. I've been trying to get the phone application up and running for over 3 weeks and everyone just keeps escalating a "case" and nothing happens. I have lost over $3,000 due to Spireon's carelessness and dismissiveness. This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life. Would not even recommend my worst enemy to this company.
