GBCustomer Service Reimagined?? Been trying to recover my old Weebly account using the email address and password associated with the account without success. Tried to reset password numerous times but I'm not getting a reset link email from weebly. I tried their online form, its not working, can't submit. I tried posting to the weebly community, I can't do that unless I am a member of "square"? I tried to email info at weebly dot com (which trust pilot say they use) and received an automated response that email address is not monitored and provided me with the same links to do all the things I've done above that failed. The customer service is almost non existent!

ZANo support and old tech The support when you have any issue is non existent. Even trying to reach out via social media gets zero response. The tech has also gone backward compared to WIX so I'm looking at transferring after a decade away...

GBGood builder, bad support Good product, bad support The Weebly builder itself is great (I haven't found anything close to it) but the support sucks. They were bought out by square in 2018 and not sure what happened but since then their support has been abysmal. I had an issue with inviting members to edit my website, but the inviting members wouldn't receive an invitation from Weebly. I literally contacted Weebly like six times and it was always some automated response and they kept saying they'd get back to me but never did. Unfortunately I haven't found a suitable alternative to Weebly. They have bugs that come and go, which is already a bummer, but the complete lack of support is wild.

GBCall a 555 number from the UK? Locked out of my website by there still being my old telephone number. Ive been advised the issue can be sorted but i need to call a number starting 555 from the UK which isn't possible. I think it is essential that when building a website you look at where at what number your customer service .

GBUnable to Pay Needed to pay for an upgrade for multi-language. Disabled VPN, adblockers, etc. PayPal still will not load. Payment by credit card option says cards for Barclaycard also Tide not accepted. Run out of ideas as to how I might pay. Do I really have to pay by Bitcoin? 11/05/2023 Is this website builder no longer set to work with UK customers? Trying to pay for multilanguage upgrade, Paypal won't load after 10 minutes and the Credit Card payment option doesn't accept a UK Barclaycard. Don't you want my business?
