Your people were standouts Your people were standouts! They brought me back to scratch after each software fail. The Chat feature was very difficult to sus out. No page numbers for 300 page books was a difficult challenge. The App download for grandparents to participate was a no-go. Thanks for your technical people stepping in to make our book possible. No ability to contact the printer for adjustments "brighten all photos" for instance, was a big challenge. Something is right our I would not have come back for a 4th book! Marie was stellar, but then so were all your technical support, challenged as they were by the software issues. Marie dutifully listened and sent those suggestions up the line. Thanks Marie!

I didn't like how it was difficult to… I didn't like how it was difficult to put photos in the order i wanted them and the linited templates. I also was really disappointed about how much it cost. I didn't realize it woukd cost me double because the price was US dollars not AU. I feel it's not a good value.

Outstanding product and customer service The product is EXCEPTIONAL and the customer service unmatched. I had a local problem with delivery at my end and they worked tirelessly to stay in touch and help to solve my problem even though it was no fault of theirs.
