GBI checked out a few dozen hosting… I checked out a few dozen hosting services. It seems like every one had some deal-breaking issue, so I was skeptical when I checked out Hosting24. However, after seeing they did all the core things right, and after seeing the best prices around, I became a believer. They're helpful, reliable, and all around wonderful. I think i'm a customer for life!!

GBSLOW Customer Service, not listening to the customer At first use, Hosting24 was fine. My use of this hosting service consisted of accessing the CPanel for uploading some edited HTML files for my client. Now, things are a complete disaster. There is no way to get help in a timely manner, especially in an urgent situation. There is no phone number, no urgent option, nothing. Just wait while my client's site suffers during their peak business time. I gave specific directions to the person on the hosting24 customer service chat, and the instructions were not followed. I now have a WordPress website that was not supposed to go live, now live. I specifically told them to migrate the site to the staged environment I had created on the hosting24 server. Easy instructions. They were not followed. Now my client is upset that this site is not what they wanted. Now I'm waiting on the chat for urgent help. If there was a phone number to use to escalate situations like this, then this one-star review would have probably been a five-star review, and this review would be telling how helpful and courteous hosting24 was in fixing their error. Please change your customer service options. This is extremely unavoidable.

KEThey don't provide what I had paid for I am also an old customer with a Reseller account for may years. The account has NO disk nor bandwidth limits. Recently wanted to add a new website and - oops - they tell me that I had exceeded the (non-existing) disk limit. Now all the package selectors are disabled, so cannot add a website. I had complained to customer service, they confirmed unlimited disk space and promised to rectify the WHM. Today they confirmed that this is resolved - only to find that this is still NOT resolved and I still can't add a website. I am a webdesigner and reseller, so my business came to a halt and I am on the brink of collapse. Hosting24 has become the WORST hosting company and now I am looking for a different and more reliable hosting partner! I am disgusted with them.

FRVery low capacity servers on shared hosting Very low capacity servers on the shared hosting. You cannot run an adwords campaign or even update a script from softaculous without causing high CPU usage and having your site down for a while. physical memory is only 768 MB

DKNEVER EVER BUY HERE AGAIN! I will never buy at hosting24 ever again! Customer service have a bad atitude! when i requested a cancel of my domain they charged me for a whole ekstra month, i requested a refund of that because their support made a mistake and charge med ekstra (Wich can happend for everyone), but afterwards i was promised a refund of those money, never seen a sight of them. requested them one more time and they refuse to give me back the money because i return after their 30 days money back! (1st. request was about 14 days after).
