STAY AWAY FORM REVEL ADVANTAGE Stay away from Revel Advantage, their payment processing division. We signed up and they sent us a wireless chip reader which was very slow and did not work. They then send us an wired one which was also very, very slow. Both were refurbished. I called to complain as these chip readers were just to slow for our operation and was told they were the only options. When i cancelled revel POS with a "client specialist" I was told they would be a $500 cancellation free for Revel Advantage. I let them know that this system was just not working for us and the client specialist said he wish he knew about the problem. I let him know I did and that nothing could be done???? STAY AWAY FROM REVEL ADVANTAGE IF YOU NEED A FAST PAYMENT PROCESSOR...

thoroughly underwhelming It's been an ordinary experience. We've been with revel for 6 mths, had 3 sales reps (each of which have left) and now have no sales contact. Your support line is our only interaction with revel and they seems to be hit and miss as to their helpfulness. In our time with revel we have also had our systems go down twice in the first 3 mths for no apparent reason. That said no one listens to our feedback which I'd imagine will be what happens here as well.

Why is there no class-action lawsuit yet? One star only because zero was not possible. So very shady - as an existing client, back in March '22, I, and I suppose everyone? received a "pop-up" on the register requiring my cashier to agree to their new terms of service. Plus, even if the pop-up wasn't clicked, simply continuing to use the system was a de facto contractual agreement. What's in that agreement, on page 11? A new three-year contract with full payment required if cancelled. No notice, no acknowledgment of agreement. Nothing. I only found out when I went to cancel the service and now am on the hook for thousands of $$. Please everyone, let me know where to sign up for the class-action lawsuit.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! For 2 weeks now we have been using a swipe reader provided by Revel which doesn't work properly, they don't want to exchange it, they have not given us a solution in 2 weeks. We had a big store sale and we lost many customers as we had to enter CC manually unable to swipe bc their product is not working! We are losing money, we have explained this issue in many ways, every day since and still NO SOLUTION so far.... So frustrated, hope you never have to deal with a stupid issue like this one, or you will be stuck with the problem losing business!!! Claudia Aros Owner Bagua Center

Poor Customer Service and Worse Authentification Protocols If you speak to a rep named Amy, don’t expect much help nor to be spoken to kindly. Also, Revels account verification process is really lacking proper security and authentication measures as explained to me by Amys manager Dashawn (not too sure on that spelling there) My issue stayed unresolved and I’ll likely never use nor refer Revel to anyone for use in the future.
