Avoid! Avoid!! Won't let you cancel, contract automatically renewed every 1st of January for another 12 months, so if you want to cances still have to may every month untill end of contract. Thieves!!!!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! For 2 weeks now we have been using a swipe reader provided by Revel which doesn't work properly, they don't want to exchange it, they have not given us a solution in 2 weeks. We had a big store sale and we lost many customers as we had to enter CC manually unable to swipe bc their product is not working! We are losing money, we have explained this issue in many ways, every day since and still NO SOLUTION so far.... So frustrated, hope you never have to deal with a stupid issue like this one, or you will be stuck with the problem losing business!!! Claudia Aros Owner Bagua Center

Be careful with Revel Be careful with Revel. They are a good POS system, but if you cancel they become vindictive and aggressive. I switched systems because our franchise required it, so when it was time to renew, I didn’t, and when I called to cancel, they said I had agreed to a pop up message for 3 more years so they invoiced me for $25,000 that they say I know owe. The interesting matter is that like other times that I renewed my contract, a representative had reached out a few weeks before I cancelled so we could discuss the terms of my new contract, so why did they sent someone to renew my contract if it could be renewed on a pop up. Also. Revel is very detailed, every time you make a change, they send you a docusign to agree to the change, every time I renewed my contract, I received an email with a docusign contract that I had to sign. And now, since I told them I cancelled, all of a sudden I am on a 3 year contract that I never agreed to. So be VERY careful with them if you plan to leave them, as they will become vicious and awful.

The software isn't terrible but the… The software isn't terrible but the fees make it not worth it. Every additional add on costs extra. To get decent service it's $60 a month. To have a loyalty system is another $25. If you don't use their processor it's another $149. Then on top of it they just raise the software fees above your contracted amount whenever they feel like it and then tack on a 10% administrative fee. I went from under $275 a month to $424 and they had the gaul to tell me they'd charge me the $15,000 cancellation fee if I tried to cancel four months early because of it. Never use this company if you have a choice.

ZERO stars I'd give zero stars if I could. Aside from their weak technology, their support and communication are non existent. They've deducted money BEFORE the start date of services, they do not respond to emails or calls, and the reporting is unclear and confusing. The integration with 3rd party sales is not reliable and you will lose both customers and money. Their technology does not support what they are selling and I would steer clear of this company at all costs.
