GBSlow customer service and bugged system Their customer service is slow but helpful. It seems like they're understaffed. There are a lot of bugs in their EPOS system which they haven't fixed, yet keep bringing out unnecessary 'upgrades' like the new product adding feature that actually slows down the process. We went with Vend which was suggested by StoreKit, I wouldn't recommend them earlier as they also have slow customer service.

GBWarning - doesn’t do as their sales people say. Warning. Do your full homework first and don’t just take their sales teams word for it. We signed up after being told by two sales people it would fully integrate with woocommerce however this is incorrect. Their system cannot handle sales prices from woocommerce so if you’re running a normal / simple woocommerce site this point of sale is no good! They refunded half our $356 saying we had use of their system which is untrue. We contacted our sales guy within 48 hours pointing out multiple issues that arose when we tried to use it. Now their account people are saying they have done everything they can and to talk to our sales person, but he has not replied to multiple emails.

NZThe product itself is decent but that's… The product itself is decent but that's where it ends. Support is limited to emails only or some sort of chat that isn't chat (there is nobody there). Add to that their unwillingness to fix issues. If you want to upload csv's you need to use Open Office instead of Excel as they are unable to decode Excel csv's. Unbelievable.

GBTry calling the customer support… Try calling the customer support helpline, 0800 1337857, before you commit to anything, when they call you back two weeks later , that may give an idea of the level of service you'll get as a customer.The sales team funnily enough respond within 2 days! Actual system works ok , small bugs can take some time to get fixed bt as I said the level of support is totally terrible, for £89 a month you're on your own.

AUWorst experience ever... Vend sales team smoothly made big promises and took money for onboarding, after a few months we found that they never had promised features. When I asked for the requested feature - they suggested workarounds. Taken my business to another POS which is 50% cheaper and provides many features and excellent support. I would suggest doing your research before signing up for Vend. They have wasted my 4 months...
