Yes, their general support team is slow but the verification team and the process is pretty fast and polite. I got fully verified within a day and ready to make unlimited transactions. Fasterpay is the best alternative to Wise (Transferwise).

NGFasterpay refuse to release my money after cards verification. Fasterpay refuse to release my money after send them more the cards copies requested from them. Please fasterpay release my money, so that I will pay for my wife hospital bill, what is my offense for keeping my money in your custody for over three months. CAApplications take forever I will be fair I haven’t used FasterPay yet so I will not give a full review but it has been very frustrating to open an account. I am currently in a sticky situation where Im launching a new drop and getting a payment provider is very time sensitive for me I made it clear that it was but have yet to hear back on my application. At first I opened an account thinking I could integrate it to my shopify but my application took over a week to be checked and I was told it was a personal account and I needed a business. I have now opened a business account and still have yet to hear back on my approval, it has taken way longer then it should have their response times are very slow (customer service/application review)

GENegative experience I was trying to set up internet acquiring for my website. I'm located in Georgia (country), so there is no Stripe here, for example. After several weeks of operation, Fasterpay stopped accepting payments and I was informed that Georgia is no longer supported. However, I have not been able to withdraw the money and moreover I have not been able to return the money to the buyers. Support is responding very slowly. UPD: After 6 months, I managed to withdraw the money.
