You will be all alone! In the previous review, I wrote that they would never return the money, therefore, I was forced to use their service. I started uploading some of my web services and along the way, I created several technical tickets to gain some information. Without any exception, they replied with links to very old blog posts that were unrelated or their answer was irrelevant. Finally, I just asked them to give me the logs of my services to diagnose the problems myself (The most primitive feature of each hosting provider). What was the answer!? "Since you are on a shared host we can not share logs!". I tried to understand which version and configuration of IIS and MSSQL they were using and enabled the logged on my own. With the logs I enabled, I also fixed all the problems! I finally sent the message and taught them how logs can be enabled for each user within files on their host! However, it is insane that they do not understand anything technical. Even how to use the features of their host! You will be all alone with very limited features there. I strongly recommend not paying any penny since they will lock it and give something beyond bad service (almost no service).

Same as the person's review right below… Same as the person's review right below mine. Except I put in a cancellation request a MONTH in advance. They just refuse to cancel my account. As the person mentioned you have to do it through the ticket support system they don't allow you to cancel your own account. In my situation, everytime I tell them to cancel my account they just close my ticket and keep my account active. Still active to this day.

Their support has been terrible Their support has been terrible. They could leave your ticket unanswered for over 4hrs and if they respond if you give feedback immediately you might have to wait another couple of hours. Just terrible.

Performance Concerns: Frequent downtime and inconsistent performance negatively impacted the reliability of my website. Value for Money: While the service started cheap, the overall lack of support and service reliability made it poor value for money. Refund Policy: Upon canceling my account due to ongoing issues, ASPHostPortal refused to offer a refund for the unused portion of the subscription, reflecting a lack of customer-oriented policies. In summary, my time with ASPHostPortal was characterized by unreliable service and inadequate support. I recommend considering alternative hosting providers with a more customer-centric approach.

Very bad service experienced! I hosted a website with them 2 years ago, yeah was a bit cheap, that is why I choose them. After couples months the site down, they fixed but down again after couples days. They back to me that the SQL server is down. I was a bit shock they don't know the server is down until user complained. The explain from them is a cheap plan always with these sorts of risk. Last week the site's webmail not working, the business can't run without email communication. Then they give me an alternate webmail address and told me that are identical with the original one. After I login, all the sent/ received emails are gone, like a new setup emailbox. I just kept asking why all email lost if they are the same, finally they told me that "We did reload the email service and this is why you see this issue. Please always make sure you ask all your users not to leave any emails on the server.". No apologize, not feeling sorry. The story not ended yet, but I am so disappointed with the service they provided, UNRELIABLE and RISKY!
