AUreally bad really bad. signed up, email service is junk and needed private external email, servers are so slow its not funny, support barely answers or takes forever to answer and clearly cannot be bothered to do anything. they read support tickets and just leave them on read, unreal. considering just charging back. i joined through hostforlife.eu they seem to have several domains for the same company. edit see reply below this company just lie about everything, i have all of the proof. and everyone should read these reviews before wasting away money on this "company"

Refund Policy: Upon canceling my account due to ongoing issues, ASPHostPortal refused to offer a refund for the unused portion of the subscription, reflecting a lack of customer-oriented policies. In summary, my time with ASPHostPortal was characterized by unreliable service and inadequate support. I recommend considering alternative hosting providers with a more customer-centric approach.

ESZero support The customer interface terrible. Everytime I try to change something on my account you get redirected to a different site. Like to update a hosting plan, you get sent back to the original site asphostportal.com and there is no option to LogIn, you just send your account password unprotected in the form details with the update . . .that is insane. Customer service is slow and really inconsistant. I would understand this if it was not a tech based company but this gives me no faith to host my company servers here. Ive built better interfaces in a week. Also Ive been trying to cancel my account fo a week now and they still havent replied.

SGBad experience using them Had just sign up a plan with them. Wanted to host my SSRS report online. However we had an issue with the SSRS and couldn't proceed. Spent many hours back and forth using their message portal but couldn't solve the issue. They kept saying issue is at our end. Support was impolite and at some point very impatient. They didn't even suggest what to look out for or which configuration to check. Ask for a number to call as it may be easier to speak in person. Support says all correspondence is via their message portal. Not a good service to use. They are cheap for the basic plan. When you add addon and when you decide to terminate within the grace period, they only refund you the plan but not the addon (addon cost a lot more). Will no use them anymore and will not recommend anyone to use them after what I have encountered myself.

UANo refunds + cheap - rigged ToS - couldn't get a refund 1 day after getting billed in year 2022 (forgot to cancel the subscription before, btw u could only do that through the support, not through the dashboard) Important note: I've made two mistakes (not knowing my subscription was still active; not knowing about the refund policy of this service), yet, I genuinely do not think their no-refund policy is forced upon them by external factors, just seems like a nice way to make some extra money on ppl like me.
