SGBad experience using them Had just sign up a plan with them. Wanted to host my SSRS report online. However we had an issue with the SSRS and couldn't proceed. Spent many hours back and forth using their message portal but couldn't solve the issue. They kept saying issue is at our end. Support was impolite and at some point very impatient. They didn't even suggest what to look out for or which configuration to check. Ask for a number to call as it may be easier to speak in person. Support says all correspondence is via their message portal. Not a good service to use. They are cheap for the basic plan. When you add addon and when you decide to terminate within the grace period, they only refund you the plan but not the addon (addon cost a lot more). Will no use them anymore and will not recommend anyone to use them after what I have encountered myself.

SGVery bad experience from this provider. Very bad experience from this provider. Signup at your own risk! Their subscription description was not what I was provided. When I contacted their helpdesk, I was asked to pay additional for the services that I wanted. Then it became a matter of '.. we will get back to you in 3-5 hrs ...' which they never solved anything. When I finally had enough of this rubbish response over 3 months, I asked for a refund. They cancelled my account but never refunded any money without any notice. My account was dropped. Now I'll just keep on asking them to refund my money. AND submit a bad review anywhere where they exist on the internet until I get a refund. SEYou will be all alone! In the previous review, I wrote that they would never return the money, therefore, I was forced to use their service. I started uploading some of my web services and along the way, I created several technical tickets to gain some information. Without any exception, they replied with links to very old blog posts that were unrelated or their answer was irrelevant. Finally, I just asked them to give me the logs of my services to diagnose the problems myself (The most primitive feature of each hosting provider). What was the answer!? "Since you are on a shared host we can not share logs!". I tried to understand which version and configuration of IIS and MSSQL they were using and enabled the logged on my own. With the logs I enabled, I also fixed all the problems! I finally sent the message and taught them how logs can be enabled for each user within files on their host! However, it is insane that they do not understand anything technical. Even how to use the features of their host! You will be all alone with very limited features there. I strongly recommend not paying any penny since they will lock it and give something beyond bad service (almost no service).

IDVery Good I am using ASPHostPortal’s hosting services from the past couple of months. The support team responses and their technical expertise is very good. I feel I am privileged to host my websites with ASPHostPortal. The server speed and stability is extremely well. If I’ve to take new account, there is no doubt that I will host with ASPHostPortal.com only.
