GBCommon Sense First contact was Cherise very helpful , then came the application process . I sent photographic info as requested one form being Driving license had name and details the second was work badge with photographic I’d but no name , this was not suffice according to the Underwriting Team . There was a couple more hurdles that had to be dealt with as well . Definitely not a seamless application process , I sent them an email and said just cancel the application as I’m being made feel as I’ve done something wrong . Hopefully no one else runs up against the same Brick Wall

GBSomehow this outfit got my debit card… Somehow this outfit got my debit card details and has charged me for some computer security stuff I never ordered. The website that runs the show pretends to offer support but the pages simply do not show up. They've got my money by scam and I will have to get my bank to put a stop to this. Watch out!!!!

GBNidhi jani Was very sceptical about using card machine for business and to pick right product. I called verifone and spoke with nidi Jani amazing lady she went through everything with me. Even after everything was signed nidi kept in communication to make sure all ok. Amazing service from this lady. If ever you need anything make sure this lady is your first point of contact

FIBeware of companies who use Verifone Local cinema use this pointless payment processor. Bought tickets and at the end it said “payment cancelled”. Only after I went through the process again did I receive my tickets. Checked my account- money has been taken twice. Contacted Verifone who did not even acknowledged my email. Waiting in a long Q at my bank now, hoping they can get my money returned.

GBMoney Vampires. Read Verifone UK as well. As a small business owner, and a franchisee, I had to sign up for online payments with Verifone. Found out that they have been sending money to the wrong bank, a completely different bank account (I did send correct details). They refuse to do anything about this. To make it worse, I’ve had to sign a new contract with them for £1680 (plus a percentage of all transactions) over the next 12 months when they know any money collected will be sent to another business. Formal complaint resulted in a series of nasty emails from them confirming that although they acknowledge the money will not go to the correct account, they will continue to send money there, and charge me for doing so. Their are separate pages for Verifone and Verifone UK, but pretty sure they’re the same company- suppose it helps to dilute the poor reviews. I’ve followed all complaints procedures, and I just don’t know what to do now, or who to turn to.
