EGno service- timewasters no service- timewasters they just ignore you after asking for LOADS of info and details and papers and BECOME UNRESPONSIVE COMPLETELY. Only got canned replies; extremely hostile in their replies and after my complaints here THEY CLOSED MY ACCOUNT! update: proof of their incompetence; their canned reply here was (Please reply to our latest email, in order for the review process to be resumed.) to which I replied already 5 times for over two weeks with no response!!!!!!! update 2: I did not receive anything- all your side became unresponsive - you then CLOSED the account - not truthful or business like. GLAD I LEFT!

MKVERIFONE has a bad partner! 2checkout.com VERIFONE has a bad partner! Why did you buy www 2checkout com? Disgusting company. And apparently, there are a lot of fraudulent transactions. 2checkout.com gave me big problems. Inquiries are answered in a few days. I wrote down everything that happened in detail. But there is still no solution. And again there is no response from technical support for several days. Who can help me from VERIFONE ???

GBDon't waste your money! Ive used this took before and after photos. This is a scam nothing changed. This product doesn't work don't buy it wasted money time and hopes on it . wow and it dent have English instructions on container. When we make products in US we put other languages on containers. Wasted money and time seen Zero results!!

GBSomehow this outfit got my debit card… Somehow this outfit got my debit card details and has charged me for some computer security stuff I never ordered. The website that runs the show pretends to offer support but the pages simply do not show up. They've got my money by scam and I will have to get my bank to put a stop to this. Watch out!!!!

GBVery poor service and instructions! After four weeks we are still waiting on a workable machine to take payments. The first machine arrived and was not set up correclty so waited again for another. That one turned up with no instructions and just an old second hand machine covered in scratches, received another machine yesterday and still cant get it to work correctly. We were sold a machine that we could scan barcodes and store information on prices on but how you do that i have no clue as the instructions are next to useless and no one seems to be able to help. This evening i have managed to take a payment on the machine however i cant refund it back onto the card as its now asking for passwords which again have no idea what they are as ive not set up any passwords for the machine. We have events all weekend and so it'll be back to using the current sum up and izettle machine which is far more reliable and so far easier to use!
