GBI could not be more disappointed!! I could not be more disappointed with this company! I ordered a month ago and they still have not shipped the products that I ordered. When I contacted them about what was going on they just passed the blame down the line and took no responsibility for the delay! I gave them a few more days to get it figured out or I will be requesting a full refund. At this point i feel like they just stole my money with no plans on sending me anything, I'm sure thats not the case but that's sure as hell how it feels!! I would recommend taking your business else where and order nothing from this company!!!!

GBI am chopped liver. I was informed that one of the items I ordered is discontinued. I suggest updating the website. The company cancelled the order, since it was just shy of half a $500 minimum order they require. So much for any future orders with me, there are plenty of other companies that are pleased with any size order, if even $1.

GBI sent a message through the website… I sent a message through the website portal requesting specific product information and have yet to hear back. About 2 weeks ago now. Perhaps they busy with existing customers and are not able to address potential new ones. Sending update as fair is fair... and diligent response is probably as important as the product being sold. As I cannot yet speak to the ordering and procurement process however their handling of this post gets a full positive reply. I will being reaching out via telephone.

GBTerrible Customer Service When you buy something, you cant find out how much the shipping is until you have already paid for it. They sent me the wrong part and expected me to pay for return shipping and a restocking fee. Text back and forth for a week, with no results. Will never use them again.

GBOrder cancelled without notification >:( I had ordered my product in May and I had checked the status for a few days. Waited. Waited. Waited some more. On June 30, I finally called to find out where my order is and checked the status page again. Without notification, my order was cancelled. I did not request cancellation and am disappointed that the company did not post an email explaining the cancellation.
