GBPoor Product Experience but Great Customer Experience The reason I am rating this a three is because the first item we requested to purchase was discontinued. To follow that, the second item we requested to purchase was not in stock however, our customer service rep, Ivan, was very helpful in locating a new item for us. We appreciated the service he provided us and we would absolutely use them again although we didn't purchase the product through them. My advice would be to thoroughly read through the fine print on every product they offer.

GBA waste of time I called e-rackonline to check the availability of a forklift work platform, the salesman told me if I ordered the item that day, it would arrive to my shop in about 2-3 weeks. I purchased it online and 3 days later the "Accounts Manager" emailed me and told me that he canceled my order because there was a 6 month bank order on this item. I called him to see if he could find me another work platform and he said he would send me some information right over...that was 2 days ago...and now I get this email thanking me for my purchase...so now I have to go through the process of making sure my company doesn't pay for something were not going to get...

GBI am chopped liver. I was informed that one of the items I ordered is discontinued. I suggest updating the website. The company cancelled the order, since it was just shy of half a $500 minimum order they require. So much for any future orders with me, there are plenty of other companies that are pleased with any size order, if even $1.

GBThe product was quality, lacked shipment tracking info. The product was quality. The biggest issue was: I didn't know where the product was, when it was shipped or predicted to be delivered. I,don't like leaving items on the front door. I contacted the seller about tracking information & got a tottly eronious answer with no follow up as indicated.

GBI had ordered 4 wardrobe cabinets when … I had ordered 4 wardrobe cabinets when the cabinets arrived the the 3 point locking rod assembly was missing on all 4 of the cabinets. Now I have 4 cabinets that I can do nothing with. I tried emailing customer service about my issue and have not received any email or information back.
