Great Customer Service Solostream has great support and great themes. They have resolved my queries in no time and provide quick solution. Very much impressed by their customer support.

No Support for refunds, no response in 4 weeks. Had a annual subscription with them but stopped using their product. The following subscription came out which I’d overlooked. Contacted them to get a refund, several times, and have no no responses at all. Even their forums are being porn spammed so I guess they’ve gone under. *Do not spend your money here*

Disappeared in Fall 2020? I purchased a theme through their website and then could not download the files from my account. I tried e-mail their support address multiple times and heard no response back. I submitted forms through their online forum and heard nothing back. No support whatsoever for an item I paid for and did not receive.
