PHP update I bought WP-MediaMag 1.0 Premium, for multi use few years back, now for update of PHP, solostream ask me to buy again the same them with new version of PHP. Solostream charged $15 to my credit… Solostream charged $15 to my credit card and won't tell me what the charge was for. It's an auto-renewal but I don't recall having authorized an auto-renewal when I used their service. Even if I did, there needs to be a way to reverse it. I emailed them the same day the charge was initiated, and they wrote me back saying they'd look into it. I didn't hear from them again. As a result, I disputed the charge through my bank, and the bank required me to cancel my credit card because it's considered "compromised." It's a big hassle for a $15 charge, but I don't trust the company to not charge my card again. It's unacceptable and unprofessional for a company to auto-renew something without any notice or ability to cancel it, and to not disclose what was auto-renewed when asked.
