GBCustomer service responses are prompt and knowledgeable Transcribe.com representatives were guided me through the request process and sent useful updates. Sending materials via URL is extremely convenient for our workflow and the order tracking area of the site is great for keeping tabs on projects. It would be great if multiple user accounts that are all part of the same organization could share the same order tracking system.

GBI just wanted to communicate my… I just wanted to communicate my disappointment in the Transcript app. I uploaded an interview I did with a client and it returned with hundreds of errors and a handful of profane words. This gentleman has probably never uttered a bad word in his life, yet his transcription made him sound like a filthy, inebriated sports fan. I will delete the app from my phone and warn people against using Transcribe for their projects. I encourage Transcribe to enhance their AI and provide customers with a better user experience.

GBIncomplete Transcription & Lack of Response from Support Honestly, I'm disappointed and irritated. I was excited to use this service as an agency I work with uses them all the time. I paid for 2-day transcription and placed my order on 11/21. It was delivered 11/26 (because of the weekend which was fine), but when I went to look at and download the files I realized that only 13 of the 14 files I submitted were transcribed. I have emailed support twice now inquiring about the missing transcription that I've already paid for and have still yet to get the file now TWO WEEKS LATER. I haven't even received a response to my emails. I seem to be out of the money I spent on the missing file. I guess I will take the time to transcribe this file myself and use a different service next time.

GBFirst experience was good I have used Transcribe.com only once, but I was impressed. Delivered on time, with a transcription that was better than expected. I fixed a couple very minor things, but it was about 98% accurate. The transcriptionist had to make judgment calls regarding punctuation and extraneous terms, and did a very good job. One spelling was questionable, but it came with a note and time stamp in brackets as an indication that I should review closely. I appreciated that, and based on this one experience, I would use the service again.

GBNot worth it my experience with the website wasn't bad at all. It was the results I got from my call being transcribed. Some things that I could hear in the call wasn't on paper. There were even some sentences that I could hear fine but on the transcript the sentences were completely wrong.
