Easy to use, some problems. It was very easy to set up. We've had some problems with people outside the company being able to join and problems when people share their desktops. When it works, which is most of the time, it's great. But when it doesn't work, it's very frustrating and can eat up large chunks of a meeting.

Great to loop in the remote worker! As a remote worker, I love Highfive! I really feel looped in and can see who is in the room. It is super easy to set up and get started. I am a veteran GoToMeeting user and I constantly have some issue with it, but Highfive doesn't seem to have issues. The one thing I have not tried is recording meetings - I am not sure if it possible or what the output is, so I still use GoToMeeting for things like that.

It would be nice if there was also a… It would be nice if there was also a call in number associated to a Highfive session in case someone needed to call in. Currently I know the URL but if I am not in a location with Internet access it can be touch when scrambling to join a meeting.
