Easy install Easy install, Works better than expected. Even the least experienced computer user can start a meeting or share their screen. Dolby experience is amazing!

Not dependable We've had a lot of issues with dropping calls. We've reported them several times and connected our third party IT agent with Highfive and have found zero results. We have calls dropping, We've had "network connection issues" where we can't connect to the screen to share content. It happens in every single room. There hasn't been a resolution to this and it feels like Highfive keeps blaming our network and not taking any responsibility. When Highfive does work, it's great and we love it. It's not dependable. I've only had success with one Highfive team member, Jon who helped me figure out an issue in one of our conference rooms.

Great call and sound quality Great product - especially when using the hardware (camera and base speaker). On laptop or phone can be a little patchy sometimes, but overall is the best system we've used.

We use Highfive as a video conferencing… We use Highfive as a video conferencing service both internally and externally and it's been a great tool for conversing with our various teams and with our business partners and customers. It availability on both normal computers and mobile makes joining quick calls easy!

Customer Service was especially nice Customer Service was especially nice. Lot of times Customer Service don't think out of the box to help customers with unique problems. But Customer Rep.Jon Rey was very helpful in problem I had.
