Fun father daughter project. Fun father daughter project, we were able to get it all together and calibrated. Manual and parts did not matchup exactly for assembly of linear rails but swapped out M3x12 with M3x10 faster to make it work. Kit had extra parts which came in handy.

I was worried at first from ordering… I was worried at first from ordering with how varied some reviews are, however, it arrived safely at my house. Everything worked except the heat bed. So I contacted Anycubic and got everything figured out within a couple of days! Oops, operator error haha! Customer support was awesome! I definitely will order here again when the time comes! Great company Great company. Family run. They go above and beyond what is expected I highly recommend them. My Photon S was delivered well protected and exactly on time from California warehouse. It took about 10 minutes to get my first print going. I’ve heard a few people complain that plastic casing seem breakable. I don’t really slam my printer around. So I’m not worried. All the critical parts seem rock solid.

Ridiculously responsive Ridiculously responsive? Maybe that’s not the right word :-). But I have never had such a good experience with customer support. The timing of my purchase was not great as they were completely out of stock and missed a holiday and a pandemic outbreak. Despite all of this, they still manage to get my order out after multiple emails to update me on the status so that I never had to worry about what was going on. When it finally arrived, everything was as advertised And even quite a bit better than expected.
